The Apartment House Division is unique to Mack Pest Control. We have a crew of service technicians whose only responsibility is to provide service to over 160 properties (30,0000+ units) that Mack Pest Control has under contract. A large number of these properties are serviced under our exclusive Annual Baiting Program.
Once a year, Mack Pest Control’s employees treat every unit in a complex with gel bait for the control of roaches. These baits, which rotate every 2 – 3 years, have proven incredibly effective in maintaining a roach free environment. Housekeeping and maintenance by the by the apartments is also very important.
Mack Pest Control, Inc. also offers a routine weekly & monthly service for those apartments that desire a more conventional approach. Most of our services include free retreatment upon request.
